The Retreat Recipe
Don’t you hate it when online recipes make you wade through a 1000-word essay on how someone discovered tomatoes were a fruit before actually giving you the recipe?
Come on, Barb, I just want to make my Hungarian Goulash.
So, in the spirit of getting straight to the good stuff—here’s the Retreat Recipe. No preamble, just exactly what to expect upfront. We can get into the details later on, if this sounds like your sorta place.
This retreat is a space to:
🍅 Step out of your daily routine for 3 nights / 4 days and into a beautiful Swedish Lake House.
🍅 Eat incredible food—Swedish-Filipino meals, freshly made 3x a day by our private chef @swilipino.
🍅 Move, stretch, and reset—with 2x daily yoga led by @yogawithweini, helping you sleep better and actually appreciate your body for what it does.
🍅 Have rich, meandering (or silly) conversations with great people.
🍅 Spend lazy afternoons dipping in Swedish lakes, hiking ancient forests, or unwinding in the sauna before some pre-bed Yin yoga.
🍅 Join low-pressure, no-judgment creative workshops—or read a book, nap, or do absolutely sweet f-all (because rest is productive, too).
🍅 Step back and reflect. Throughout, we’ll share journaling prompts and host optional coaching circles, helping you to focus your mind on the theme of this retreat:
Act with intention.
You have one wild and precious life.
There is nothing you cannot do, and you are in control.
So… how are you going to spend it?
At the end of this retreat, you’ll take home:
🌿 A body that is well fed and rested
🌿 A sense of gratitude for your body and what it does for you daily
