You don’t have to be a senior leader or have ‘Executive’ in your job title to come on this retreat.
Here, ‘Executive’ is used in its rawest sense—it’s about taking ownership of your life with intention.
This retreat is for anyone—at any level—who wants to pause, reflect, and reset how they’re engaging with their work, time, and energy.
Whether you’re leading a company, a team, or just yourself right now, this space is designed to help you gain clarity on what matters and how you want to move forward.
Yes, there’s yoga, rest, and good food. But there’s also:
• Guided journaling and structured reflection—not just freewriting, but prompts designed to help you see what’s working, what’s not, and where you want to go next.
• Executive coaching exercises—proven frameworks used with leadership teams, adapted for personal reflection, so you leave with real insights (not just good intentions).
• Optional coaching circles—a chance to discuss challenges and goals in a structured but informal way, with other ambitious, thoughtful people.
• Creative thinking workshops—because sometimes the best ideas come when you stop forcing them.
It’s not an escape from work—it’s a chance to step back and make sure you’re moving forward with clarity and purpose, whatever your role, title, or ambitions may be.
Also, we take food very seriously—because executive or not, no one thinks clearly on an empty stomach.

Discounts, yes! If you book early, there are two levels of Early Bird Discount -take a look at the retreat page for details — a little reward for being decisive and acting with intent ;)
I don’t offer payment plans at the moment, but if you’re struggling with affordability drop me a line so I am aware and can let you know if anything becomes doable.

A typical day at the retreat will have just the right balance of structure and freedom—plenty to do, but no pressure to do anything.
Mornings start with silence before our first yoga practice (optional), moving gently into the day with yoga (the good kind—no 5am alarms, unless you want that for some reason), followed by a slow, delicious breakfast.
Midday is yours to spend however you like—reading, journaling, lake dipping, lounging in the sun, or joining a creative workshop or coaching circle if that’s your vibe. Lunch will be there when you’re ready for it.
Afternoons will offer up some guided reflection, but also plenty of free time to just be—because doing less is an underrated skill.
Evenings are for sauna, wind down yoga, good food, good company, and good conversation, before heading to bed feeling rested, full, and maybe just a little bit more intent-filled.
And if your perfect day at the retreat involves doing none of the above and just napping? That works too.
-
Plenty. This retreat isn’t about packing your schedule or keeping you busy—it’s about giving you space.
Everything on the agenda is optional. You do as much or as little of it as you want.
There will be morning and evening yoga, journaling prompts, and optional workshops, but how much you join in is entirely up to you.
Basically, expect a mix of gentle structure and lots of breathing room—so you can take exactly what you need from the experience.
-
Nope! You don’t need to be able to touch your toes, balance on one leg, or even know what a Downward Dog is.
This retreat is for everyone—whether you’ve been practicing yoga for years, dabbled a bit, or have never set foot on a mat before.
The yoga here isn’t about nailing perfect poses; it’s about moving, breathing, and feeling good in your body. And if your favourite pose ends up being lying down, well… same.
Weini is a certified yoga teacher and for those who have a more advanced practice, Weini has a particular eye for form and detail and can really challenge and push even the most advanced Yogis, if that’s what you’re after. -
First off—totally get it.
Walking into a group where you don’t know anyone can feel a bit nerve-wracking. But here’s the thing: most people coming are in the same boat. This retreat is designed to be welcoming, low-pressure, and very unpretentious. If nothing else, you will know me. :)
Before the retreat, we put guests into a Whatsapp group chat so you know who your fellow retreaters are and have had at least a couple of easy touch points.
On arrival, we host an opening circle to let everyone say hello in a low-pressure way. You won’t be thrown into awkward icebreakers or forced into constant group activities.
There’s plenty of space for solo time if you need it, and absolutely no pressure to be “on” all the time.
But if you do want to connect, you’ll be surrounded by like-minded, thoughtful people who are here for the same reason as you—to slow down, reflect, and be intentional about how they spend their time.
Within the first day, you’ll have shared a meal, rolled out a yoga mat next to someone, and probably laughed about something totally random. And by the end? You might just leave with a few new friends.
If you’re feeling nervous but also drawn to this, trust that. You’ve got this.
And if you need a little reassurance before you book, drop me a message—I’m happy to chat!

For most people, just a valid passport and a sense of adventure.
• If you’re coming from the UK, EU, or Schengen Area, you don’t need a visa for short stays. Just make sure your passport is valid for the duration of your trip.
• If you’re coming from outside Europe, check Sweden’s visa requirements for your country.
• Sweden uses Swedish Krona (SEK), but most places take card, so you won’t need much cash—if any.
• Pack for the season! Even in summer, Swedish evenings can be chilly, so layers are your friend.
• Oh, and don’t forget your swimsuit if you’re up for a lake dip/Sauna.
If you have any questions about travel, just ask—I’ll do my best to help!
-
A little packing list:
• Comfy clothes for yoga and lounging (think stretchy, breathable, and layers for cooler evenings)
• A swimsuit or two (for lake dips and sauna time)
• Warm layers (Swedish weather can be unpredictable, even in summer)
• Sensible shoes for walking (if you fancy exploring the surrounding nature, some light hiking shoes or trainers are sensible)
• Flipflops / rubber sandals (for time in the sauna and lakes, you don’t want your good shoes getting wet).
• A journal & pen (we’ll have guided journaling, but we ask you to bring your own journal and pen)
• A water bottle (hydration is important, please bring your own bottle - please don’t bring glass bottles!)
• A book (plenty of downtime to nap or read)
• Earplugs for sleeping or resting (if you’re a light sleeper, or sharing a room this will often be your best friend). You may also want to bring an eyemask if you are a very light sleeper.
• Headphones for music (in your downtime you may want to listen to music or watch something on Netflix - to avoid disturbing others, we’ll always ask you to wear headphones)
• Toiletries & personal items (we provide towels and linens for each room, but bring your own shower bits and if you have a light beach towel we suggest you bring that)
• Weather/climate specific protection and/or medications you want (Stuff like sunscreen, mosquito spray, sunglasses, after-sting cream (the mozzies come out after dark sometimes near lakes)
Everything else—yoga mats, meals, workshops, and good company—is covered. Just bring what makes you feel comfortable, and you’ll be all set!

Yes!
If you’re coming with a friend and want to share a room, just let us know after booking. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
-
No
Every room in this retreat is shared by two people, and that’s intentional.
Part of what makes this retreat special is the sense of connection, shared experience, and equal footing—there’s no hierarchy of rooms, no one tucked away solo.
That said, we always match room assignments thoughtfully (and by gender), and if you’re coming with a friend, we’ll do everything we can to make sure you’re roomed together - just let us know.
-
Yes, there’s WiFi—but we’d encourage you to use this time to unplug as much as possible. The world (and your inbox) will still be there when you get back.

This retreat is hosted by Emily, with the help of Weini and Tintin on yoga and food respectively.
We are a team that believes in good food, intentional movement, deep conversations, and the occasional lake dip (optional, but encouraged).
Emily is your host (it me) — a seasoned startup leader, executive coach, and recovering overachiever who knows that clarity comes from stepping back, not pushing harder.
Weini (@yogawithweini) is our fully certified yoga teacher, focusing on grounding, accessible movement that meets you where you are. She’ll guide the morning and evening yoga sessions—no experience required.
Tintin (@swilipino) is our culinary mastermind, ensuring that every meal is nourishing, delicious, and worth slowing down for. Expect food that’s as thoughtful as the rest of the retreat.
Between us, we’ve designed this retreat to be thoughtful, restorative, and refreshingly unpretentious. Expect good company, great food, and just the right balance of structure and freedom.
-
Yes!
This is a mixed-gender retreat, and everyone is welcome.
We always prioritise same-sex rooming arrangements, unless you request otherwise (e.g. travelling with a friend of the opposite sex) or it really isn’t possible to - in which case, we speak to you first.
If you have any concerns, just reach out.
-
We won’t be providing alcohol, and we’d encourage guests not to bring it.
This retreat is about being intentional, and that includes how we rest, reflect, and recharge—without the usual crutches or distractions.
Think of it as an opportunity to fully reset, connect, and be present. Plus, there’s something quite nice about ending the day with tea, good conversation, and a clear head.
